This lady calls wanting to know if I can ship her an article out of a magazine she threw away.  The line that she called was actually to renew a membership, so not sure why she was calling me in the first place.  Anyway, so I give her the phone number to customer service and state, "Customer service is open ONLY Monday through Friday 7am-midnight."  Today is Saturday!  So she says, "ok, well I'm going to call them right now."  I say, "oh, they are closed, they are only open Monday through Friday."  She said, "oh... well today is Saturday, does that mean they're not open?"    

My thought was, "uhhh YEAH!!"
