So this man was calling this company and wants to call customer service because it broke for the second time.  He then says to me that the last time he called they told him he would need a code and that code would be his phone number.  I said yes.  So he then asks me, "well what is the number?"  He meant his own phone number!  Do people not know their own phone numbers?  And the funny part is when he ordered the product to begin with he had to give his phone number.
