I get this guy who wants to order a product.  He asks me how much it is so I tell him $19.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling.  He then asks, "well who pays the shipping and handling?"

WTF??  I reply, "uh you!"  He said, "Me?  Why do I have to pay to ship it to me!?  Shouldn't you pay to ship it to me?  It's your product?"

I said, "But YOU are buying the product!  You have to pay to get it to you!" 

He hung up on me, he didn't want to pay! :(
