This lady called a number to get some free information sent to her about a product.  Well apparently she called before the holidays.  The information is supposed to take 7-10 business days to reach her.  Well we all know that over the holidays that adds quite a few days in there.  So she calls to whine to me that she hasn't received it.  So I tell her I'll be happy to send the information again.  Well the last time she called she got the same speech I gave her.  Then we get to the email.  I ask her for her email address.  She said, "now what is email?"  I said, "it is something on your computer."  In the most smart aleck tone says to me, "well I don't know nuthin' about no computers!" 

I wonder when the day will come that it is impossible to not have heard about email.  To me this is such a foreign concept, as if a person has been hiding under a rock for the past 10 years.  But hey, that's just me!
