So I have this customer that wants to order one bottle of a weight loss pill.  How the promotion works is the customer gets one bottle for $29.95 and the 2nd bottle is absolutely free.  There is literally no charge for the 2nd bottle.  So this lady calls in and wants one bottle of this weight loss product.  I tell her that the 2nd bottle is absolutely free and there is no charge.  She argued and said she didn't want the 2nd bottle, she only wanted the 1st bottle.  I tried to tell her at all angles that there was no charge and that's just how the offer worked, it is a 2 bottle deal  She finally said she understood, she just simply didn't want it.  And that being said, she said that if I sent her 2 bottles then she wasn't going to order.  Needless to say that overweight moron didn't order!
